Exec Restructure: Change selection process of Section Chairs from Cross-Campus Election to application/interview.
- Designed to encourage more applicants for the role, with the relevant skills and training to deliver the responsibilities of the role to a high-standard. A similar process was recently trialled in the AU (for the role of AU Clubs Officer) delivering 16 candidates (compared to an average of one through previous Executive Elections).

- Acknowledge that many of our Section Chair positions require a practical understanding of the role and vocational skills developed through prior participation within the Section/Activity.

- Aligns recruitment to more standardised employment processes – providing applicants the opportunity to develop a broader range of employment skills.
